How do I become an approved seller for the auctions on Mazree?

Who do I pay if I won an Auction item?
Mazree will collect payment on behalf of the seller. Mazree will provide you with an invoice for your winning bid amount plus Mazree's buyer premium (8% of the winning bid amount).
Do auctions automatically extend if there are bids in the final minutes?
Yes. The auction will automatically extended 1 minutes if there is a bid in the final minute. This process will continue until there are no more bids in the final minute.
What types of items can be sold on Mazree's Auction site?
This Auction site is reserved for equipment, surplus, or soon-to-expire products listed by approved companies only.
Who has access to my Collaboration Rooms?
The users that you invite to your Collaboration Room will have access to it. In addition, if you are the Room Admin your Company Administrator will have access to view your Collaboration Room.
How do I create a Collaboration Room?
To create a Collaboration Room, hover over “Rooms” in the header and click on “My Rooms”. Then click on the “Create a Room” button in the left column. All you need to do is give your room a name and a description and click “Save”. Your room is now created! Watch the video below to learn more.
What are Collaboration Rooms?
Collaboration Rooms are virtual rooms for individuals from multiple companies to live chat, store documents and track interactions in a secure environment.
How do I add users to my company profile?
Just go to your user list in Company Settings. You will see buttons to either add a user individually or import a spreadsheet of the users you would like to add. In just a few seconds you could dozens or hundreds of users to your company profile. All you need is their name and e-mail address.
How do I add Awards and Certifications to my Company Profile?
Go to your company profile page and click on the "Edit Content" link at the bottom of the right column. Then click on the tab for Awards and Certifications. There you can turn on that widget so that it is visible on your About Us page and you can add each award and certification individually.
I need help changing my Company Administrator.
If you need to change your company administrator because they are no longer with the company or for some other reason, please contact us through the Contact Us page in the header. We can help you change the Company Administrator to the appropriate individual.
Should I include my entire catalog for products and services?
You can but this is not necessarily recommended. You already likely have a site with your catalog listed. On Mazree, you should provide high-level information about the products and services you offer. For example, if you sell spine implants it is not recommended that you add every unique spine implant item that you sell. Rather create an item called "Spine Implants" and describe what types of spine implants you sell in the item description. This enables buyers to quickly find which companies offer the products or services they are looking for. Remember to add pictures to your items!
Can I reorder my Products and Services?
Yes. Once you have added your Products and Services just go to your Items page on your company profile and change their order by dragging and dropping them into the order that you want.
Can I reorder my Locations?
Yes. Once you have added locations to your About Us page you can change their order by just dragging and dropping them into the order that you want.
I connected with a company on Mazree, now what?
Now that you're connected, you have a means to stay in front of them. Make your profile stand out. Post useful content about your products and services, success stories, unique details about your company, and more. They may not be your customer today, but if you can stay in front of them (without being bothersome) they could be your customer in the future.
Also, keep in mind that Mazree has more than one company on the network, which means there are probably many other companies on Mazree that could be your potential customers. Find more companies, connect with them, and start building those relationships too.
How can I make sure Google and other search engines find my company profile on Mazree?
Mazree submits a sitemap for the web crawlers to pick up. However, this does not guarantee that the search engines will index your profile page. It is very helpful if you link to your public profile page from other sites (your website, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, etc.). Just contact us and we can provide you with your public profile link and Mazree icons that you can utilize on your other site.
How do I edit my "About Us" page?
Navigate to your About Us page and click on "EDIT CONTENT" at the bottom of the right column. This will open up a window with several customization options for your page. You can add custom text blocks, Useful Content, Locations, Relationships, and Awards & Certifications. Make the sections visible by clicking on the "Visible" link for each content area. Also, make sure you click "Save" when you are complete.
How do I find companies to connect with on Mazree?
After logging in, click on the magnifying glass in the search box and then click on the companies tab. This will show you search results for all of the companies on Mazree. You can sort the company list of filter the list by industry, location, company size, products and services, and more.
How do I export my Favorite Contacts?
Log in to Mazree and click on "Connections" in the header then:
1. Click on "Favorite Contacts"
2. In the right column find the "Export Favorite Contacts" widget.
3. Click on "Export"
Your file will be downloaded automatically. Save the file and then use it to import into Outlook or another program.
How do I create a Company Group?
Click on the “Connections” link within the main menu. Next, click on “Company Groups” in the sub-menu and then click on “Create New Group”. Name your group and then add specific companies to those groups.
What are groups?
Mazree offers users the ability to create “Company Groups” and “My Groups”. Company Groups are custom groupings of your connections that are available to any of your employees on Mazree. My Groups can be created by individual users and are specific only to them. You can post content to any of these groups and filter your home feed to show only posts from your specific groups.
How do I send a connection request to other companies on Mazree?
When you click on the name or logo of the company the company’s “Porch” will appear. The “Porch” shows you common activities that you can do with this company, including sending them a connection request. Note: Company Administrators can control whether or not you have access to send connection requests.
How do I "Mention" users in a post?
When typing your post, type the "@" symbol followed by the user's name. Their name will populate as you type and you can select them as the user to mention. If you mention a user, they will receive an e-mail notification letting them know that you mentioned them in a recent post on Mazree.
How do I only show posts from specific companies?
Click on the gear on the home feed to open up your filtering options. You can filter the feed to show posts from only your company or from specific groups that you create.
Can I delete a post on the Home Feed?
Yes. Hover over the specific post and click on the down arrow in the upper right corner of the post. This will give you options to remove the post from your feed or from everyone's feed (if the post was made by you).
What is the Home Feed?
The Home Feed consists of posts and messages from your own company and your company’s connections.
How do I delete my account?
You can always deactivate your account by going to "Accounts" in "My Settings." There you will see a button to Deactivate your Account. Your account will still exist but be hidden from the rest of the network. You will be able to re-activate your account when you log in again and answer some basic questions. If you would like your account permanently deleted please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
How do I upgrade my company profile to a Premium Account?
If you are your company's administrator, log in to Mazree and click on the "Upgrade to Premium" box in the right column, next to the Feed. You will be directed to add a credit or debit card and select a payment plan (Monthly or Annually). Once you add your card and select a plan, you will now be enrolled in a Premium Account. Your card will automatically be charged on the payment frequency you select.
What is "The Porch"?
Having trouble navigating around the site? Just click on a company's logo or name to open up their "Porch." The “Porch” shows you common activities that you can do with this company, like sending a message, viewing their profile, or sending a connection request.
P.S. Users have a Porch too! Just click on a user's name or picture and their Porch will appear. Send users a message, view their profile, or add them as a Favorite Contact!
How do I edit my thumbnail?
Does your company logo or profile picture not look right in your thumbnail? You can edit how your picture fits in the thumbnail:
1) Go to your Company Settings page
2) Click on Company Logo
3) Click on Edit Thumbnail
You can drag your picture around within the thumbnail or click on "Scale to Fit". Do what makes your logo look best!
P.S. You can also do this for your own profile picture under "My Settings" page!
Who should sign up for Mazree?
Mazree is built for companies that have interactions with other companies, whether you buy from companies, sell to companies, or support other companies. Some of the primary job functions for users on Mazree include – procurement, supply chain, sales, marketing, and more.
Can I access Mazree for free?
Yes. We wanted to make sure that everyone can continue to utilize Mazree for free. You can continue to do that with a Free Account. With a Free Account you can have access to the entire Mazree network and access all of Mazree's features. However, Free Accounts do have limited functionality. Where can I find a receipt for my Premium Account Subscription?
A receipt for your Premium Account Subscription can be found in Company Settings. Click on the Account Summary button in the left column. There you will find all of your statements and payments made. Click on the applicable Payment hyperlink to open and view your receipt.
How do I cancel a Premium Account subscription?
If you need to cancel a Premium Account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can take care of that for you.
What is a Premium Account?
With a Premium Account your company can have an unlimited number of users, request to be considered for Bid Calendar projects, send Messages to both companies and users, create Collaboration Rooms, add Products & Services to your company profile, create Company Notes, and be able to publish and respond to Bid Requests on Mazree.
A Premium Account costs only $25 per month. You also have the option to purchase an annual subscription for your company for only $285 per year (a 5% discount).
How can I filter the Leaderboard to just see my ranking within my own company?
On the Leaderboard page just click on the drop down and select "My Company Only." That will filter the search results down and only show you users within your own company.
How do I view my ranking on the Leaderboard?
You can view your ranking by going to your user profile, which can be accessed by clicking on your name at the top of the page. Your user profile will show you your total points earned, your current ranking in the network, your ranking within your company, and your points detail for the last 30 days.
To view the Leaderboard click on your points or ranking number.
If I respond to a Bid Request who can view my response?
Only the company that created the Bid Request will be able to view your response. Your response will not be viewable by anyone else.
How will I know I received a Bid Request?
You will receive a notification in Mazree about the request and will be able to respond to the request within Mazree.
What is a Bid Request?
A Bid Request is a simple way to request pricing and information from other companies. You can customize a Bid Request to ask exactly what you need to. Once responses are received you can analyze all of the responses in the Analyzer.
Are Company Notes private?
By default Company Notes can only be seen by users from your own company. However, you do have the option within the note to share the note with the company you are writing the note about. If you share the note both users from your company and their company will be able to see the note. No one else will be able to view the note.
Can you "Mention" users in Company Notes?
Yes. When typing your note, type the "@" symbol followed by the user's name. Their name will populate as you type and you can select them as the user to mention. If you mention a user, they will receive an e-mail notification letting them know that you mentioned them in a company note on Mazree.
If the note is private, you can only mention users from your own company. If the note is shared with another company you can also mention users from that company.
How do I find users "tagged" to my company?
You can find users tagged to your company by going to their "Our Team" page and clicking the check-box "Tagged to My Company". Or on the User Search Results page, you can filter the results to show only users tagged to your company.
How do I "Tag" myself to a Company?
It's simple! Just click on a company's name or logo to open the porch. Then click on "Tag Myself to this Company".
What are Company Tags?
Company Tagging enables you to "tag" yourself to the company relationships you manage. Once you are tagged to that company, others can more easily find you - helping to reduce confusion between buyers and sellers.
For example, if you are a sales rep supporting Company XYZ, you will want to tag yourself to them. Company XYZ users will then be able to find you as a rep that supports them.
Also, if you are tagged to a company and that company shares a Company Note with your company you will receive an e-mail notification informing you of that note.
What are "Favorite Contacts?"
Connections on Mazree are company-to-company. However, that doesn't mean there is not activity between individuals on Mazree. Do you have a buyer or sales rep that you work with frequently? Click on the name or profile image and add them as a "Favorite Contact." All of your Favorite Contacts are stored in one place as electronic business cards. This means you don't have to be responsible for keeping their contact information up to-date. If they change their phone number, your business card for them will update automatically.
Can I turn on/off e-mail notifications?
Yes. You can control the e-mail notifications that you receive within your My Settings page on Mazree.
Can I respond to a review written about my company?
If your company administrator has given you permission, you will be able to respond to reviews written about your company.
Can I flag reviews that do not meet Mazree’s Terms and Conditions?
Yes. Click on the flag on the bottom right corner of the review and state your reason why the review is in violation. Your flag will be evaluated by Mazree administrators. After evaluation the review will be removed or remain if no violation exists.
What are the icons in the upper right corner of the site?
If your Company Administrator has granted you sufficient rights, you can see an icon for New Messages/Notifications, Event Invitations, Connection Requests Receiving, and Employee Join Requests.
What are Company Notes?
Company notes enable you to write any note about a particular company. The note will be date and time stamped and will be available for anyone else within your company to see. Company notes are great to track your interactions and history with a specific company.
Where Do I Find the Bid Calendars?
Log in to Mazree and hover over "Tools" in the header. Within the drop down click on "Bid Calendar". Click on the number of projects in queue to view that company's list of projects.
What are Bid Calendars?
Mazree offers its buyers the ability to publish interactive bid calendars for their suppliers. Buyers simply enter the project name, project manager, and the anticipated start date.
If you are a supplier you can view all of the published bid calendars and request to be considered for specific projects. The project manager will be notified of your request and will see your company listed as a supplier to consider for the project. You must be signed up for a Premium Account to "Request to be Considered".
What do I do after I complete registration?
If your company was already registered on Mazree you’ll have to wait for your Mazree Company Administrator to grant you access rights to use Mazree. The Company Administrator will be notified via e-mail that you are requesting access.
Who can register their company on Mazree?
Anyone authorized to act on behalf of their company can register on Mazree. The registration process requires that you certify that you are authorized to create your company profile.
How do I know if my company has already registered on Mazree?
When you type your company name in the registration form on the login page of Mazree.com, Mazree will search to find if your company has already registered. As you type, you will see a list of companies already registered on Mazree. If you see your company, select it in the drop down list. If you do not see your company, the registration steps will prompt you to register your company.
Will Mazree sell my information to others?
No personal identification information (names, e-mails, etc.) will be shared or sold to others. We hate spam too.
Is my login information secure on Mazree?
The security of your login credentials is very important to Mazree. All passwords must be at least 7 characters with at least 1 number and 1 letter. All logins and passwords are encrypted by Mazree and are not shared by Mazree to anyone.
Can I be associated with more than one company?
Yes. Just submit an “Employee Access Request” to the company you want to have rights for on Mazree. Once your request is approved by that Company Administrator you will see a drop down toggle appear in the header next to your company name. Click on the drop down to toggle between companies.
What are Security Roles?
Security Roles are custom roles that Company Administrators can create on Mazree to control employee permissions and access on Mazree.
What is an Employee Access Request?
An Employee Access Request is an employee of your company requesting permission to be listed on the company profile and to act on behalf of the company on Mazree. You can control each user’s rights through Security Roles.
Do I have to be associated with a company to be on Mazree?
Yes. Mazree’s functionality will not be available to users that are not approved for use with a specific company.
