We have this John Deere 430 Tractor that we are looking to sell. It will not be ready for pickup until Mid May as we will be using it until the new tractor arrives. We are selling it as is as seen in pictures. The employee told me these are the things that may be wrong with it. Rear axel leaks oil from both main wheel seals. Axel housings on both rear wheels have 3 inch hole or bigger from ice melt corrosion. Brakes barely work due to the leaking oil on the axel housing. (brakes on this tractor are an oil bath type). Electrical Wiring harness has a short somewhere which kills the engine intermittently. Engine will not stay idled up while under load meaning you must go slow and or stop while using or engine will die. Wipers and some lights do not work. Good things… always starts in the cold. New battery We are selling it as is and the buyer is responsible for the pickup and all logistics from our Bear River Hospital located in Tremonton Utah.
