May 24th, 2023, by 4pm EST and is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Dock hours are Monday -
Friday 9am - 4pm EST. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting Amy St.Cyr at

Items NOT REMOVED by the deadline will incur a storage fee of $50.00 per
day, regardless of number of items, unless prior notification & arrangements
have been coordinated with Seller.
Storage fees are required to be paid prior to release. After 10 business days from removal deadline,
your item(s) will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY and NO REFUNDS WILL BE
GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
