a storage fee of $50.00 per day, regardless of number of items, unless prior
notification & arrangements have been coordinated with Seller. Storage fees are required to be paid prior to
release. After 10 business days from
removal deadline, your item(s) will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY and NO
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO
