**We are dock height, No lift gate needed (use #10). We also have a ground level door (use #11). Please ring the doorbell for service.
**There is NO forklift at this warehouse.
**You must bring any needed help or packing materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, straps, pallets, etc… Nothing is provided.
**Please inform whoever is picking up the items they will need to wait while we pick the order. They may wait outside by their vehicle or in our lobby. There is NO waiting in the warehouse.
**We do not break down items for pick-up, it is the responsibility of the person picking the item(s) up to break down any item(s). They will also need to have their own tools.

Then you can email us a prepaid label. *We do not drop off your packages, you will need to arrange pickup/shipping with your carrier at our warehouse. *You must include all of the invoice #’s you have in your email to packaging@mazree.com.
*As of June 10, 2019 the Mazree Packing Team is no longer palletizing any item(s). You will need to make arrangements with a local company to get your item(s) palletized along with pickup/shipping. Once the item(s) are ready you can ship the item(s) from our warehouse. You must email us a copy of the BOL. Email: packaging@mazree.com
WHOEVER IS COMING TO GET YOUR PALLET(S) READY:
**Simply come in during our business hours (Do not call/email to make an appointment). They are welcome to work on the pallet(s) at our warehouse during our business hours 10am to 3:30pm / Monday-Friday / Closed all holidays.
