(Pick-up person will need to be able to supply all of the auction invoice ID#’s they are picking up. If you are sending a trucking freight service for your item(s) please make sure the Auction ID #'s are on the B.O.L. You can find the Auction ID #'s on your invoice(s). As long as the Auction ID #'s are on the B.O.L then no need for a physical copy)
**Come in between 10am to 3:30pm / Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday / CLOSED TUESDAYS, WEEKENDS & ALL HOLIDAYS.
**No need to call/email to make an appointment.
**Please go to the back of the building. Do not come through the front door. Please ring the doorbell for service.
**We are dock height, No lift gate needed (use #10). We also have a ground level door (use #11).
**There is NO forklift at this warehouse.
**You must bring any needed help or packing materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, straps, pallets, etc… Nothing is provided.
**Please inform whoever is picking up the item(s) they will need to wait while we pick the order. They can wait by the door or by their vehicle. There is no walking around in the warehouse.
