After you pay your invoice for an item that you won, you will receive an email with your receipt and pickup instructions. Those pickup instructions will provide you with a name and contact person to coordinate your pickup.
While we are constantly making improvements to the site and working to make it issue-free there may be errors or connectivity issues that may impact your ability to win an auction item. As a result, here are a couple of tips we suggest you do during an auction to avoid any potential issues: 1. Utilize Max Bid: If you know the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item, I would enter that amount immediately. Only you can see that amount. None of the other buyers nor can anyone at Mazree view anyone else’s Max Bid. With a Max Bid in place, your bid will always stay ahead of everyone else’s bid up to your maximum and if there is ever a technical issue during the final seconds of bidding – your high bid will always win (up to your Max). 2. Manually Refresh the Page: While the bids and info update automatically without having to manually refresh the page, sometimes a delayed connection can cause the bids to not update automatically. So, I recommend that you manually refresh your page every once and while, particularly when it says “You are the Highest Bidder” – just to ensure that everything is updating as it should to verify that you are still the highest bidder. The amounts shown after manually refreshing your page has the latest bids and information.
After you sign in, click on the "Start Selling" button on the main dashboard. If you are a reseller then you may select a subscription model to begin selling. If you are a healthcare provider or individual then the Mazree team will be notified and will contact you to learn more about the items you are looking to sell. You may also send us an email to info@mazree.com.
If you win an auction, you will receive an invoice for the item that you won. You are responsible to pay for the item within 72 hours. You may pay for an item online using ACH or Card. With cards there is a 3% processing fee. If the amount is over $10,000 we recommended payment is made via Wire Transfer. In those scenarios, a Mazree representative will contact you with instructions to make the Wire Transfer.
A Max Bid enables you to enter a maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item. With a Max Bid you don't have to manually place a bid each time someone outbids you. The software will automatically place the bid for you in the defined bid increments keep your bid ahead of anyone else up to your Max Bid. Only you can see your Max Bid. No one else can see it.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner. Then click on "Company Settings." Now click on the "+" button within User Management. Type in the user's name and e-mail address and Mazree will send them an invitation to join your company profile on Mazree.

If you need to change your company administrator because they are no longer with the company or for some other reason, please contact us either through the Contact Us page in the header or at info@mazree.com. We can help you change the Company Administrator to the appropriate individual.
Mazree submits a sitemap for the web crawlers to pick up. However, this does not guarantee that the search engines will index your profile page. It is very helpful if you link to your public profile page from other sites (your website, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, etc.). Just contact us and we can provide you with your public profile link and Mazree icons that you can utilize on your other site.
You can control the e-mail notifications that you receive within your My Settings page.
Do you need to update your profile picture? Follow these simple steps: 1) Go to your User Settings page by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page. 2) Click on the Edit Pencil within the Profile Picture box. 3) Upload your profile picture. You can drag your picture around within the thumbnail or click on "Scale to Fit". Do what makes your profile look best!

If your company was already registered on Mazree you’ll have to wait for your Company Administrator to grant you access rights to use the site. The Company Administrator will be notified via e-mail that you are requesting access.
Anyone authorized to act on behalf of their company can register on Mazree. The registration process requires that you certify that you are authorized to create your company profile.
When you type your company name in the registration form on the Sign Up page, Mazree will search to find if your company has already registered. As you type, you will see a list of companies already registered. If you see your company, select it in the drop down list. If you do not see your company, the registration steps will prompt you to register your company.
No personal identification information (names, e-mails, etc.) will be shared or sold to others. We hate spam too.
The security of your login credentials is very important to us. All passwords must be at least 7 characters with at least 1 number and 1 letter. All logins and passwords are encrypted by Haystack Magnet and are not shared by Mazree to anyone.
Yes, you may cancel your Reseller Subscription at any time. You'll retain your access through your paid-through end date.
Security Roles are control employee permissions and access on Mazree. Your Company Administrator(s) will have the ability to change your Security Role.
An Employee Access Request is an employee of your company requesting permission to be listed on the company profile and to act on behalf of the company on Mazree. You can control each user’s rights through Security Roles.
