5 DAYS: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal within 5 business days of winning the auction.

*Pick-Up Hours: 10am to 3:30pm. The warehouse closes at 3:30pm, you must have your items loaded by 3:30pm.
*Go to the back of the building - Standard Dock (#10), Ground Level (#11)

PLEASE INFORM WHOEVER IS PICKING UP YOUR ITEM(S) OF THE FOLLOWING: (This is for any item, big or small)

**You have 5 BUSINESS DAYS after the auction ends to pay and pick up your item. If the item is not picked up, payment will be forfeited and the item will be re-listed. Our space is limited. We cannot store items indefinitely while we wait for buyer pickup.

**You or whoever is picking up for you must have a copy of each paid invoice. You may also show us on your phone. (Pick-up person will need to be able to supply all of the auction invoice ID#’s they are picking up. If you are sending a trucking freight service for your item(s) please make sure the Auction ID #'s are on the B.O.L. You can find the Auction ID #'s on your invoice(s). As long as the Auction ID #'s are on the B.O.L then no need for a physical copy)

**Come in between 10am to 3:30pm / Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday / CLOSED TUESDAYS, WEEKENDS & ALL HOLIDAYS. The warehouse closes at 3:30pm, you must have your items loaded by 3:30pm.

**No need to call or email to make an appointment for pick-up, simply just come in during our hours.

**Please go to the back of the building. Do not come through the front door. Please ring the doorbell for service.

**We are dock height, No lift gate needed (use #10). We also have a ground level door (use #11).

**There is NO forklift at this warehouse.

**You must bring any needed help or packing materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, straps, pallets, etc… Nothing is provided.

**Please inform whoever is picking up the item(s) they will need to wait while we pick the order. They can wait by the door or by their vehicle. There is no walking around in the warehouse.

**We do not break down items for pick-up, it is the responsibility of the person picking the item(s) up to break down any item(s). They will also need to have their own tools.
