Seller recommends that purchaser conduct an on-site inspection of the goods sold hereunder prior to bidding.  Seller shall not be responsible for the consequences of Buyer’s failure to inspect the goods for any inaccuracies, insufficiencies or omissions in such descriptions or specifications. If buyer opts to not inspect, he or she hereby accepts equipment in its current condition with all faults known and unknown.

This equipment IS NOT at the Mazree warehouse in West Valley City.
